In parts of Miami, at certain high tides, there is seawater in the streets. Predictions are that it will get worse, potentially much worse. But Miami’s problems are eclipsed by those of Bangladesh, where sea level rise is already creating climate refugees. the problem, and the Chief Resiliency Officer for the city of Miami Beach.
